- 1We start with a conversation. I'll ask about the winters you're picturing, what matters most to you in a community, and what feels comfortable to spend. Then I'll help you find dates that work and line up two or three places worth seeing.
- 2I'll show you around. A day or two together: the homes, yes, but also the rec centers, the clubs, and lunch where the residents eat. My job is to help you notice which place already feels like yours.
- 3I'll handle the rest while you're home. Offer, inspection, appraisal, and closing can all happen from a distance. I've walked buyers from New York and Michigan through it, and they only had to fly in once.
